Kevin offered me the urgent assistance I needed!

I called Kevin for help with an LTD claim.  When I spoke to the office, I explained that my matter was urgent.  Within 15 mins, I received a call back with Kevin on the phone (while he was out of the office, late on a Friday afternoon) to help me with my questions and guide me in the direction on what to do next.

Kevin offered me the assistance I needed and answered all my questions from his car.  I cannot tell them how much i appreciate their help, especially because, I was in a panic and needed to respond to the LTD company before the end of the day.
