Though new to the team, Leo has already embraced the firm’s collaborative culture—one where everyone supports one another and works toward a shared goal: helping clients find justice and peace of mind after difficult experiences. Originally from Mexico, Leo’s path to the firm reflects both determination and a genuine commitment to the legal profession. He began his career early, taking on entry-level responsibilities—making copies, organizing files, and assisting attorneys—while still in school. That experience shaped his work ethic and fueled his commitment to continual learning. He later served as a Legal Coordinator for an entertainment production company, where he strengthened his skills in legal operations and project management. When the company closed its Mexico operations, Leo viewed the opportunity at Kevin McManus Law as the ideal next step to directly support individuals in need.
Leo completed his law degree in December 2024, graduating with academic excellence and earning the prestigious Ceneval Award for one of the highest national scores on Mexico’s mandatory law exam. He also holds a diploma in Leadership in Public Administration, complementing his legal expertise with strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
A Grounded Spirit with a Love for Balance
Outside work, Leo maintains an active and balanced lifestyle that keeps him grounded and energized. He enjoys playing golf, staying active by running with his dog, and spending quality time with loved ones and close friends. He values shared experiences, meaningful connections, and finding joy in everyday moments.
