Catherine Roman: A Welcoming Presence at the Heart of the Firm
As the Front Desk Coordinator at Kevin McManus Law, Catherine Roman is often the first friendly face clients meet when they walk through the door. She ensures the office runs smoothly by keeping things organized, well-supplied, and ready for the important work being done every day. Her thoughtful attention to detail and genuine warmth help create an atmosphere where clients feel truly cared for from the very first interaction.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Catherine made the move to Kansas City, Missouri with her husband in search of a place that felt more like home. While exploring new opportunities, she discovered Kevin McManus Law and was drawn to the firm’s strong sense of advocacy and compassion for clients. After speaking with members of the team, she knew she wanted to be part of a workplace that shared her values of service, care, and community.
At the firm, Catherine takes pride in providing hospitality to every client—especially those visiting for the first time. She enjoys creating a welcoming and comfortable space, and she finds joy in the small details that make a big difference. Whether she’s greeting a client, organizing supplies, or planning team events, she approaches every task with enthusiasm and heart.
A Kind Soul with a Love for Connection
When she’s not at the firm, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband exploring coffee shops, bookstores, and parks—often with a cup of coffee in hand and good people-watching nearby. She loves cozy nights spent watching movies or reading books, discovering new restaurants, and having lighthearted conversations that make life a little brighter.
Though she hasn’t yet pursued a college degree, continuing her education is one of her future goals, as she values learning and personal growth.
Her personal philosophy is beautifully simple and deeply meaningful:
“I believe that love is the most essential part of life. I try to share kindness with everyone I meet—not to make myself feel better, but to bring love to someone who may be facing unseen battles.”
