We pay attorneys referral fees in strict compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct. For long-term disability or life insurance cases, our standard fee-sharing arrangement is 25% of the total amount of back-benefits or lump sum awarded. For personal injury cases, fee-sharing arrangements range from 25% to 50% depending on your level of involvement in the case.
